Shipping & Return Policy

At Deccan Arts, we take pride in creating and delivering high‑quality Arabic calligraphy artworks, prints, clocks, and calligraphy kits.

1. Shipping Information

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excl. weekends and public holidays).
• Custom/commissioned artworks have longer lead times; timelines are confirmed before payment.

Shipping Locations

• We ship across New Zealand and selected items to Australia.
• For other regions, email deccanarts.nz@gmail.com.

Delivery Estimates

• New Zealand: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Australia: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
• Times may vary by location and courier.

Shipping Costs

• Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Eligible Returns

• Return within 14 days of delivery; item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Non‑Returnable Items

• Custom commissions and personalised artworks (including name calligraphy and masjid murals).
• Sale/discounted items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Email deccanarts.nz@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Refunds

• Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the item was faulty.
