  • We offer original Arabic calligraphy artworks, prints, calligraphy kits, and related products, as well as workshops and custom commissions.
  • All artworks are handcrafted; slight variations may occur, which are part of the unique nature of our products.
  • Availability of products is subject to stock, and we reserve the right to withdraw or replace items at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.
  • Prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment details.
  • For custom commissions, a deposit may be required before work begins. Timelines and final costs will be confirmed before acceptance.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times and costs vary depending on product type, size, and delivery location.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only under the conditions outlined in our Shipping & Return Policy.
  • Custom and personalised artworks are non-refundable unless faulty.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Commissioned artworks remain the property of Deccan Arts until full payment is received.

8. Workshops & Events

  • Workshop bookings are subject to availability.
  • Fees vary by group size and must be paid prior to participation.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel workshops in unforeseen circumstances, with refunds or transfers offered accordingly.

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • While we take every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that the website will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.
  • Deccan Arts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or services.

10. Governing Law
